The Bastogne exhibit and its origins serves as the inspiration for building the Military Heritage Center in College Station, Texas. Through the generosity of sponsors, not only will the Military Heritage Center building become a reality, but a permanent endowment will be funded which will allow the MHC to create new exhibits through which future generations can be educated and inspired by the examples of those whose lives have exemplified the core values of leadership, excellence and selfless service.
